Mission Statement

Hey, I'm Michael, the owner and operator of Gypsy Rent. No fluff or fancy words here—just real talk. I've been a registered nurse since 2016, and it didn’t take long to see that traveling medical professionals in Albany, GA were struggling to find decent housing. Every traveler at my home hospital kept saying the same thing—housing here is terrible. So, I figured, why not fix that? I set out to create a space that’s actually designed with traveling medical professionals in mind. No long-term leases, no check-out chores, free deposits, and if your contract gets canceled, you're not stuck with a lease. It might not be the best business model on paper, but for me, it’s about giving back to my fellow healthcare workers. That’s what Gypsy Rent is all about.
