Here you'll have unit A of this charming apartment on the quiet Avenues of Albany, Georgia. Centrally located near many restaurants,  shopping areas, and a 5-minute drive to Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital. This comfy apartment is tastefully appointed for up to four guests with the amenities and comfort of home. Perfect for travelers looking to have a home experience while on the road. 


We do not require guests to put down a security deposit.


We do not require guests to pay an extra cleaning fee.


Medical Professionals: if your contract is cancelled we will change  reservation  to fit your needs with no penalty to you.


You'll gain access to your side of the duplex with a keycode that will be provided before your arrival, along with the wifi password. 


Parking is allocated to the rear of the home off the alley.


No guest shall have access to the shed in the back yard.


We strictly ask you refrain from smoking inside the home, but the porch is allowed. 


Provided "starter" supplies are not refreshed during your stays.


We do not have a cleaning fee but do politely ask for general cleanliness for your departure. We greatly appreciate your help to keeping our home spotless.
